How is my game progress saved?+
Your best score per mode, cosmetic selections, sound preference, and tutorial status are saved locally on your device. Merge Planet does not currently use a cloud account or cross-device sync.
Can you restore progress after reinstalling?+
Usually not. Uninstalling the App removes local progress unless your operating system restores it from a device backup. EverPixel does not receive a copy of your gameplay data.
What do the power-ups do?+
Orbit Swap exchanges your current and upcoming planet, Gravity Pulse shakes and redistributes the stack, and Nova Blast disintegrates a chosen planet. Charges recharge as you merge planets, or you can watch a rewarded ad after a game over for a bonus charge on your next run.
How do rewarded and interstitial ads work?+
An occasional interstitial ad may appear after starting a new run. A rewarded ad is always optional, and a reward is granted only after the ad provider confirms completion. Availability can vary by region, consent choice, and network status.
Why is sound or haptic feedback not working?+
Check the sound toggle on the Merge Planet home screen and confirm your device volume is audible. On iOS, also check Silent Mode and Focus settings. Close and reopen the App after changing audio output devices.
How do I change advertising privacy choices?+
Where required, open the privacy options button on the Merge Planet home screen. You can also manage advertising choices in your iOS or Android privacy settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
