1. Information Stored Locally
Tidy World is designed so that core gameplay and progression can operate locally on your device. The game may store information such as:
- level and gameplay progress;
- Home/Living Room restoration progress;
- game settings and preferences; and
- other data required to save and restore your local game state.
This local gameplay data is not uploaded to an EverPixel Studios server as part of the core game.
2. Advertising
Tidy World may display interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable requirements, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interaction information, and information needed to serve, measure, prevent fraud, and improve advertising.
Tidy World does not use advertising to require you to provide an EverPixel Studios account.
3. Consent and Privacy Choices
Tidy World uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage consent where required. In regions where consent is required, the game requests and respects applicable privacy choices before requesting advertising.
Where a privacy-options entry point is required or available, you may use it to review or change your applicable privacy choices.
4. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising
Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable law, your consent choices, and the configuration of the advertising services. Tidy World does not intentionally request personalized advertising when applicable consent does not permit it.
5. Before/After Result Cards and Sharing
Tidy World's Before/After result card is generated on your device from the game's local level and completion state. The game does not use a server or cloud service to generate these result cards.
Sharing is optional and is initiated by you. When you choose to share a result card, the operating system's sharing functionality may provide the generated image to an app or service you select. EverPixel Studios does not control the privacy practices of the receiving app or service.
6. Analytics and Product Measurement
Tidy World may record limited gameplay and product events needed to understand game usage, progression, advertising behaviour, sharing behaviour, reliability, and product performance. Examples include level starts and completions, level failures and restarts, hint/undo usage, rewarded-ad and interstitial events, Home progress, world unlocking, session activity, sharing opportunities and successful shares, and Remove Ads purchase events when that functionality is enabled.
Analytics should not be used to collect unnecessary personal information. Tidy World is designed around limited product measurement rather than requiring a personal profile.
7. Third-Party Services
Tidy World may use third-party services including:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising;
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent management; and
- Apple and Google platform sharing functionality when you choose to share a Before/After result.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
8. No Account Required
Tidy World does not require you to create an EverPixel Studios account to play the game.
9. Offline Gameplay
Core gameplay and Before/After generation are designed to work offline. Advertising may be unavailable when there is no network connection. An advertising failure does not prevent normal gameplay progression.
10. Children
Tidy World is not designed to require children to provide personal information directly to EverPixel Studios. The game does not require an account or direct submission of personal information to play.
Because advertising and platform services may process device-related information, parents and guardians should review the applicable platform and third-party privacy information when deciding whether the game is appropriate for a child.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay and progression data remains on your device until it is removed by the game, overwritten as part of normal operation, or deleted through applicable device/app controls such as uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
Information processed by third-party advertising, consent, analytics, or platform services may be retained according to those providers' policies and applicable legal requirements.
12. Security
EverPixel Studios takes reasonable steps to limit unnecessary collection and protect information under its control. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. International Processing
Third-party services used by Tidy World may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Such processing is subject to the providers' policies and applicable legal safeguards.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information processed by third parties, including rights to access, delete, restrict, object to, or otherwise control certain processing. Requests relating to third-party advertising or platform data may need to be made directly to the relevant provider. You may also contact EverPixel Studios for questions about information under our control.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Tidy World, its services, or applicable requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and version shown at the top of this page.
