1. Overview
EverPixel Studios (“EverPixel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes Color Flow: Ball Sort Puzzle (“Color Flow” or the “App”). Color Flow does not require an account. Your puzzle progress, preferences, points, streaks, and cosmetic selections are stored locally on your device.
2. Information handled by the App
Information stored on your device
Color Flow stores gameplay progress, level completion, points, streak history, settings, accessibility preferences, selected themes, and an active game session using your device’s local storage. EverPixel does not receive this information through the current version of the App.
Diagnostics
The current version records limited technical error names and slow-frame counts in memory or local debug output. These diagnostics are not transmitted to EverPixel. If remote crash reporting is introduced later, we will update this policy and applicable store disclosures before collection begins.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and message. We use it only to respond, investigate problems, and improve support.
3. Advertising and third-party services
Color Flow uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide rewarded advertisements for optional in-game benefits and occasional interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, app interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, secure, and—where permitted—personalize ads.
Where legally required, Color Flow will request consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before displaying personalized advertising. Available choices depend on your location, device, and platform settings.
Google processes information under its own policies. You can learn more through Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising data terms.
The current production code does not connect to Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. If that changes, this policy and the store privacy disclosures will be updated first.
4. Your privacy choices
- Ad consent: when required, use the privacy options available in the App’s settings to revisit your consent choices.
- Device advertising controls: use your iOS or Android privacy settings to limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier.
- Delete local game data: uninstalling Color Flow removes its locally stored progress and settings. Your operating system may retain a device backup according to your backup settings.
- Delete support correspondence: email everpixelstudios@gmail.com with “Color Flow privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify that you control the email address involved.
Because Color Flow has no user accounts and EverPixel does not receive your local gameplay data, we generally cannot retrieve or delete that device-only information remotely.
5. Retention and deletion
Local gameplay information remains on your device until you reset the App, clear its storage, or uninstall it, subject to operating-system backups. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Third-party advertising providers determine retention for information they process under their own policies.
6. Children’s privacy
Color Flow is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Support and advertising service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers. Consult Google’s privacy materials for details about its processing locations and safeguards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the App or store listing when appropriate.
